    • display, publish, or distribute the content on our platforms, including our website and social media accounts such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok;
    • feature your content in promotional material for our brand FTC Boxing and our related projects.
  • Optional Social Media Attribution: If you choose to provide your Instagram handle in the optional field, and if your submission is selected, we may credit or tag you in social media posts. This is entirely optional.
  • Optional Instagram Feature Permission: If you tick the checkbox stating that you agree to be featured, you grant us permission to include your content in our publicly visible Instagram carousel posts if selected.
  • Content Safety: We may decline, remove, or restrict any user submission that we reasonably believe violates copyright, contains harmful material, or breaches our Terms & Conditions.

Data Collected With Uploaded Content

When you upload a video, we collect and store the file and any information you provide voluntarily, such as your name and Instagram handle. This information is used solely for the purpose of managing submissions, creating content, and, where permission is given, providing attribution.

How We Use Uploaded Content

  • to analyse and process the video using our AI-based tools;
  • to create edited videos, compilations, and promotional media;
  • to publish your video if you have provided explicit permission to feature it;
  • to contact you regarding your submission if required.

Retention of UGC

Uploaded videos and any created derivative works may be retained by us for operational, editorial, or archival purposes. You may request removal of your personal data; however, content already published publicly may not always be removable depending on platform limitations.

Withdrawal of Permission

You may contact us at any time if you wish to withdraw permission for future use of your content. This will not affect any use that has already occurred prior to your withdrawal.
